“FRENCH FRIES WITH MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE” IS IN:

FRENCH FRIES WITH MUSTARD
VINAIGRETTE

1/2 (28 oz. bag) frozen crinkle-cut fries
4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), divided
1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried dill
1/4 cup slivered red onion
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. whole-grain mustard
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill weed
2 tbsp. chopped fresh flat leaf parsley

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a large bowl, toss fries with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried dill. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F until crisp, about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, toss onion, vinegar, and mustard together; let stand 15 minutes. Whisk in remaining 3 tablespoons olive oil.

Add the warm fries and chopped fresh dill and parsley to the onion mixture; toss to combine.

Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!

Note: Although I've yet to try it, i can't help but wonder how a little honey might fare in this dish.

These fries were seriously next level. Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside with a delicious mustard vinaigrette. Thank you for sharing.
