1 pkg. Betty Crocker fluffy white frosting mix 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. boiling water 1 (16 oz.) pkg. confectioners' sugar 1 c. chopped nuts Combine frosting mix (dry), corn syrup, vanilla and boiling water in small mixing bowl. Beat on highest speed until stiff peaks form (about 5 minutes). Put into large mixing bowl on low speed, gradually add sugar. Stir in nuts. Drop mixture by teaspoon onto wax paper. After candy has dried good (12 hours), put in container and store. Makes 5 to 6 dozen candies. |
