PORK CHOPS 'N RICE 
4 pork chops
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. oil
2 (8 oz.) cans of tomato sauce or 1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. uncooked rice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped celery (optional)

Brown pork chops in hot oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Remove chops from oil. Add celery and onions, cook lightly. Drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients, add rice. Bring to a boil. Replace pork chops in skillet. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
