BAKED PORK CHOPS WITH RICE 
4 pork chops
1 onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 soup can water
1/2 c. rice
1 can cream of tomato soup

Brown chops. Place a slice of onion on each chop. Sprinkle salt and rice on top. Pour soup and water over chops. Cover, bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
