BAKED RICE AND PORK CHOPS | |
6 pork chops 6 tbsp. Italian dressing 1 can onion soup 1 c. raw rice 1 sm. bottle pimientos, chopped Salt Paprika Put chops in dressing and marinate 3 hours or longer, turn once. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Discard excess dressing. Add water to onion soup to make 1 1/2 cups. Combine soup, rice and pimientos in bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and put chops on top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes, remove cover, sprinkle with paprika and brown 15 minutes at 450 degrees. |
