24 HOUR LAYER SALAD 
1 head lettuce, shredded

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. green onions, chopped

THIRD LAYER:

1 bell pepper, diced

FOURTH LAYER:

1 c. celery, chopped

FIFTH LAYER:

1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced

SIXTH LAYER:

1 box frozen English peas

In a separate bowl mix one tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, then sprinkle on top.

Next one pint of mayonnaise. Then 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella shredded cheese, 8 to 10 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, cover in airtight bowl with Saran Wrap for 24 hours. At serving time top with bacon bits.
