6 to 8 chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 pkg. original Ranch style dressing mix
2 c. flour
1 tsp. turmeric
Salt & pepper to taste

Debone chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Marinate overnight in buttermilk and dressing mix. Dip in flour, turmeric, salt and pepper. Fry until golden brown, drain.
