3 eggs, separated 1 c. milk 3/4 c. all-purpose flour 2 tbsp. melted butter dash of cream of tartar 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt Beat egg whites stiff. Add dash of cream of tartar. Mix 3 egg yolks and add salt, sugar, milk, flour and melted butter. Blend in egg whites. Cook as pancakes the size of the pan. They should be very thin. Sprinkle with powdered sugar; roll and serve. Can be filled with fresh fruit. For main dish, fill with tuna or hamburger. Pour Campbell's cream of mushroom soup over and warm in oven at 300°F for 30 minutes. Submitted by: Kim Morgan |
