RECIPE COLLECTION
“HAL’S CRÊPES” IS IN:

HAL’S CRÊPES
1 1/2 cups white flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups whole milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter or vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

In one bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl mix together milk, eggs, butter or oil, and vanilla extract.

Mix together the wet and dry ingredients to make a lump-free batter.

Over medium heat, lightly oil a skillet. When the skillet is hot, add 1/2 cup of batter to the skillet and rotate the pan until the batter lightly covers the bottom. When the edges begin to look dry and the bottom is slightly browned, run a wide spatula around the edge to loosen the crepe and then flip to slightly brown the other side.
