CHICKEN PIE 
1 chicken, cooked tender and cut in bite-size pieces
2 frozen pie crusts, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper, to taste

Salt and pepper chicken to taste. Mix with soup. Put mixture in thawed pie crust. Put other crust on top. Crimp edges together. Cut 2 or 3 slits in top and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
