CHICKEN BURNEYDENE 
2 c. crisp tender broccoli
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. sherry wine
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. buttered crumbs
1 c. cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)

Mix soup, mayonnaise, juice, curry and wine. Pour over layered broccoli and chicken. Spread with cheese then crumbs. Heat in 350 degree oven till heated through, 30 to 45 minutes.
