“NEW YORK STYLE CHEESECAKE” IS IN:

NEW YORK STYLE CHEESECAKE 
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
4 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese (Philadelphia)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated lemon rind

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Melt butter. Stir in crumbs and sugar. Pat firmly on bottom of buttered 9-inch spring-form pan. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in flour and eggs; mix well.

Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and lemon rind. Pour into pan over crumbs.

Bake at 300°F for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature. Garnish as desired.
