BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom sup
2 oz. cheese, grated
1/4 c. milk
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Place in baking dish. Stir together soup and cheese. Add milk, egg and mayonnaise to soup mixture. Blend well and pour over broccoli.

Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
