BARBECUED RIBS 
2-3 lb. pork ribs
2/3 c. catsup
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar

Roast ribs in covered pan for 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven. Drain off fat. Make sauce of rest of the ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour it over the ribs and return to the oven at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serves 4-6.
