BARBECUED RIBS 
3 lb. pork or beef ribs or stewmeat
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 tbsp. mustard

Brown meat on all sides in a large skillet. Saute onion and celery in juices from meat. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour sauce over ingredients in skillet and cover tightly, simmer 2 hours. Add water if needed. If you make plenty of sauce you can mix with hamburger, more onion and tomato sauce for sloppy joes.
