BARBECUE BAKED BEANS 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
2 ribs celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. water
1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
1 lb. bacon, browned & drained
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/8 c. sugar
1/8 c. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. mustard
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
4 cans baked beans

Saute onions in oil until light brown. Add celery and water. Cook until celery is soft and water is gone. Add ground beef, bacon and parsley. Cook down 10 minutes, stirring often. Stir in beans. Add all other ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Salt to taste (very little).
