STRAWBERRY TIFFANY TORTE 
3 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 tsp. lemon rind, grated (optional)
1 carton Cool Whip
1 qt. sliced strawberries

Combine crumbs and butter. Reserve 1 cup of crumbs for topping. Press remaining crumbs into bottom of buttered 9 x 12 baking dish. Gradually add 1/2 cup milk to softened cream cheese. Mix until well blended. Add pudding mix, remaining milk and lemon rind. Beat slowly one minute. Pour over crumb crust and cover with strawberries. Spread with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours or overnight.
