CHICKEN AND BISCUIT PIE 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. thyme
Pepper
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 can (or pkg.) peas and carrots
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
Dumplings, prepared according to directions on Bisquick box

Mix all ingredients except dumplings in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Place in oven at 400 degrees until mixture bubbles. Prepare dumplings according to directions, adding 1 tablespoon parsley flakes. Take casserole from oven and place dumplings on top of mixture. Return to oven until dumplings are golden brown, about 30-45 minutes.
