TURKEY POT PIE/BISCUIT 
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 c. carrots, diced
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, chopped
5 tbsp. butter
2 c. broth
1 c. cooked peas, drained
3 c. turkey, diced
1 can unbaked biscuits

NOTE: Top with biscuits. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 450 degrees.

Cook carrots and celery together in boiling salted water 15 minutes. Drain; reserve liquid for gravy. Blend flour, salt and fat. Stir into hot liquid. Cook until thickened. Combine gravy, vegetables and turkey. Place in greased pan. Bake 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove from oven. Serves 10 to 12.
