SPINACH-STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1/3 c. white wine
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. minced green onion
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 c. oil

Mix dressing ingredients well. Refrigerate for a day.

SALAD:

1 bowl bite size pieces spinach
1 pt. sliced strawberries
1/2 c. broken pecans, browned in 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes

Toss spinach, strawberries and pecans together. Add dressing when ready to serve. You may substitute lettuce for spinach. Extra dressing keeps well.
