BAKED VEGETABLES CHOW CHOW | |
4 med. onions, cut in half 4 carrots, cut in inch-long pieces 1 sm. acorn or butternut squash 1/2 c. apple juice 1/2 c. chow chow 1 apple (optional) Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stir a couple of times. |
