BAKED CHOW MEIN | |
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 1 c. minute rice 1/2 - 1 c. chopped celery 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can water 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Stir all together and put into shallow baking dish. Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
