BAKED TUNA CHOW MEIN 
1 can tuna
3/4 c. cashew nuts
3 oz. can chow mein noodles
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. green pepper (or less)
1 tbsp. butter

Saute onion, celery, and green pepper until tender. Mix mushroom soup, milk and water together. Mix tuna, nuts and half of the noodles. Put all in casserole. Save some of the noodles for the top.

Bake about 30 minutes in 350 degree oven until nicely browned.
