BAKED TUNA CHOW MEIN | |
6 oz. chow mein noodles 2 c. diced celery 1/2 c. diced onion 1/4 c. diced green pepper 1/4 c. diced pimiento 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can water 1/2 can milk 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. Accent seasoning 1 c. cashew nuts 2 cans drained tuna 2 tbsp. butter Saute onion, celery and green pepper for 20 minutes in 2 tablespoons butter and rest of ingredients except tuna. Stir well. Fold in tuna. Garnish with a few more noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. |
