BAKED CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. hamburger, cook brown
2 med. onions, chopped fine
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Dilute soups with 1 1/2 cans water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
4 tbsp. soy sauce

Put hamburger and other ingredients into a casserole. Bake about 1 hour or until rice is done in medium oven. Can be served with chow mein noodles. (Do not add salt.)
