SHRIMP AND RICE SALAD 
3 c. cooked Minute Premium Long Grain Rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye green peas, thawed, drained
1 lb. cooked medium shrimp
1 c. Kraft light cholesterol-free reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

Mix together ingredients until well blended; chill. 6 to 8 servings.
