SHRIMP RICE SALAD 
2 1/2 c. cooked rice
3/4 lb. slightly boiled shrimp
1 c. sliced celery hearts
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/4 c. chopped dill pickles
1 tsp. onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. capers (opt.)

Combine first 4 ingredients. Toss lightly and cool. Blend mayonnaise, chili sauce and lemon juice. This is your sauce. Mix all ingredients and pour sauce over salad. Garnish with capers and additional olives.
