BLUEBERRY - ORANGE BREAD 
3 eggs
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. blueberries

Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat on medium speed 30 seconds. Combine flour, sugar, powder, soda and salt in large bowl. Make a well in the center of the mixture. Add egg mixture, stirring until just moistened. Fold in blueberries.

Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; or until wooden pick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
