BLUEBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. orange juice
1 c. blueberries

Mix and sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Combine egg, butter and juice; add all at once to flour mixture and blend lightly. Fold in blueberries.

Spread batter into greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
