QUICK SWEET & SOUR PORK 
1 lb. boneless pork, cut in cubes
1 can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
1/4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. green peppers
1/4 c. carrots

Heat oil in skillet. Brown pork. Add next 6 ingredients. Bring to boil, simmer 10 minutes or until done. Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water; add to pork with green pepper and carrots. Boil 2 minutes, stir constantly. Serve over rice.

Serves 4.
