QUICK SKILLET PORK AND
VEGETABLES
 
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless pork, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Green Giant broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, and red pepper, thawed and drained
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained reserve 2 tbsp. liquid
1 (9 oz.) jar sweet and sour sauce
Hot cooked rice

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add pork; cook and stir 5-6 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove with slotted spoon and keep warm.

Add vegetables and 2 tablespoons reserved pineapple liquid. Cook 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender; drain if necessary. Add pork, pineapple, and sweet and sour sauce. Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice. Serves 4-6.
