QUICK SKILLET STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
2 c. uncooked noodles
Parsley, paprika, and pepper to taste

In skillet, brown ground beef and onions until the onions are tender and beef is brown. Stir in soup and yogurt. Add parsley, paprika, and pepper. Simmer while preparing the noodles 7-10 minutes or according to package directions.

Drain noodles and ladle the sauce over them. Serve immediately. Serves 4. May be served over rice, potatoes, grits, or bread.
