QUICK SKILLET LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 pt. cottage cheese
3 c. lasagna noodles
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. salt
1 can tomatoes
1 c. water
Monterey Jack cheese

Brown meat, sprinkle 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce mix, 1/2 of the cottage cheese and then 1/2 of the noodles. Now add the half of the spaghetti sauce mix, cottage cheese and noodles. Add the tomatoes and liquids. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and let stand 15 minutes.
