SKILLET LASAGNA 
6 c. spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground beef, browned and seasoned with garlic salt
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 c. or 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
12 lasagna noodles, uncooked

Combine spaghetti sauce, browned ground beef, water, and oregano in a bowl and mix well; set aside. Combine the Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, and eggs in another bowl. Stir well to mix. Next, spread 2 more cups sauce over above ingredients, more noodles on top of meat. Cover with 1 cup of cheese mix. Continuing alternating ingredients. Cover with skillet lid and open vent. Set temperature control at 225 degrees; cook 45 minutes. Turn off heat. Let stand for 15 minutes.
