PEAR CAKE 
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pears
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients; fold in pears and nuts. Pour in greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Frost with thin powdered sugar glaze mixed with pear juice and vanilla.
