PORK CHOP DINNER | |
1 lg. pkg. green beans, thawed 4 c. sliced peeled potatoes 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 6 pork chops, browned 2 tbsp. cooking oil 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions Cook sliced potatoes in boiling salted water, 5 minutes. Drain. Spread beans in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine soups, salt and pepper; spread 1/2 of mixture over beans. Spread the cooked potatoes with this and top with rest of soup mixture. Brown pork chops in oil. Put on top of potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Remove foil. Spread onions on top. Bake another 5 minutes. |
