PORK CHOP DINNER 
3 tbsp. butter
2 med. onions, cut into 1/4
6 potatoes, cut into halves
6 carrots, sliced
Salt and pepper
8 1/2 inch pork chops
1 pkg. pork chop breading
Parsley

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In skillet melt butter; saute vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Place vegetables in oven-proof dish; cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, take pork chops and coat with breading. In same skillet, sear breaded pork chops on one side only for 1 minute. Place cooked side over vegetables and cook uncovered in oven until tender to taste. Sprinkle with parsley.
