PORK CHOPS WITH BARBECUE SAUCE 
6 pork chops (thin)
Flour

SAUCE:

4 tbsp. minced onion
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of cloves
1 tsp. salt

Wipe chops with cloth and dust with flour. Brown on both sides slowly 5 to 8 minutes. While cooking, spoon sauce on one side then other.
