BREAKFAST BURRITO 
1/4 lb. turkey sausage
1/2 c. onion (chopped)
1/2 c. green pepper (chopped)
1/8 tsp. chili powder (optional)
1/2 c. salsa (hot, med. or mild)
1 carton (8 oz.) Healthy Choice Cholesterol Free Egg Product
4 (10 1/2 inch) flour tortillas

In medium skillet, cook sausage, onion and green pepper until sausage is done; drain. Mix chili powder with egg product, add to sausage mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until egg product is set.

Warm tortillas according to package directions. Assemble burritos by placing 1/2 cup egg product mixture on each tortilla, top with salsa. Roll up tortilla, place seam side down. Serves 4.
