MEAT BALLS IN CRANBERRY SAUCE
1 c. corn flake crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. minced onion

SAUCE:

1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend first 9 ingredients. Add ground beef and shape into small meat balls. Blend sauce ingredients over low heat or in microwave until cranberry sauce is melted. Arrange meat balls in shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve in chafing dish. Makes 55 to 60 meat balls.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
