FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 (#303) can fruit cocktail with juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans
3 1/2 oz. coconut (1 can)
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. Pet milk (lg. can)
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 6 ingredients well and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar, pecans, and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

To make Icing: Mix sugar, Pet milk, and butter in small saucepan. Cook until boiling. Boil 1 minute. Add vanilla and pour over hot cake.
