SPANISH RICE AND BEANS | |
2 slices of onions 2 spoonfuls of tomato paste 1/2 green pepper 1 bouillon soup 1 tsp. Adobo seasoning (red cap) Goya beans (can) Roman 3 spoonfuls of oil Add salt to taste 2 c. rice 3 c. water Mix all of the above 8 ingredients in a pan over low heat. Stir. Add water and rice. When it is about to dry, shake it and cover it with a tight cover. Wait about 10 minutes and turn it. Cover it again and cook additional 5 minutes. If rice is open it is done. |
