ELECTRIC SKILLET PEANUT FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. evaporated milk 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla Set electric skillet at 340 degrees; add sugar, butter, milk. Stir until mixture comes to a boil. Start counting time - boil mixture 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off skillet. Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter melt and blend into candy. Pour into lightly buttered square pan. Cool and cut into pieces. |
