SPEEDY SUMMER SALAD 
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
20 oz. can mandarin orange sections, drained and cut up
1 pt. cottage cheese
10 oz. carton non - dairy whipped topping
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix pineapple, orange pieces and cottage cheese thoroughly. Add powdered Jello and stir until completely mixed. Stir in whipped topping. When these ingredients are completely mixed, stir in nuts and marshmallows. Refrigerate. Sets in 30 minutes or less.
