PARTY PEACH SAUCE - ELECTRIC WOK 
2 lbs. fresh peaches, remove pits, peel, slice
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. peach brandy or plain brandy
Vanilla ice cream

In Wok mix sugar, water, juice and nutmeg. Bring to boiling. Add peaches. Stir and reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until peaches are tender. Stir every so often. Then stir in almonds and brandy. Serve warm over ice cream.
