CHUNKY SPLIT PEA SOUP | |
1 lb. dry split peas 6 c. hot water 1/2 lb. ham, chopped 3 carrots, 1/2" cubes 2 potatoes, 1/2" cubes 1 onion, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 tsp. salt Combine. Cook on low 6 hours. Then high 1 1/2 hours. Serve with a dollop of sour cream. |
