1/2 c. A.1 Steak Sauce
3 tbsp. dry sherry
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. firmly packed, light brown sugar

1. Combine all ingredients.

2. Use mixture to marinate any lean cut of beef at least 1 hour.

3. While cooking beef, heat remaining marinade to a boil. Serve with beef. Makes about 3/4 cup.
