1/2 c. steak sauce
3 tbsp. dry sherry
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. firmly packed, light brown sugar

Combine all ingredients. Use mixture to marinate any lean cut of beef at least 1 hour. While cooking beef, heat remaining marinade to a boil.
