1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix together all ingredients. Reserve 1/4 c. for basting. Marinate steak several hours or overnight. Discard marinade and grill or broil. Baste last 3 minutes of cooking.
