OVERNIGHT MASHED POTATOES | |
3 lb. potatoes (4 med.) 1 1/2 to 2 c. sour cream 4 or 6 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook and mash. Add other ingredients. Blend in mixer. Will be soupy. Grease casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Take lid off last 1/2 hour to brown slightly. Cheese sauce may be used instead of gravy. |
